Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information Eureio holds about you — whether you applied to rent, rented a vehicle, or sent us your details through a Facebook Lead Ads form.

• Email tech@eureio.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Send it from the email address you used with Eureio if you can. If not, include the name and the email address or phone number you used, so we can find and verify your records.
• If your details reached us through a Facebook lead form, say so — we will delete the lead record and the contact created from it.

• We verify the request against the details on file. We may ask one confirming question — deleting someone's records on an unverified request would be its own privacy failure.
• We delete your personal information from our live systems.
• We confirm by email when it is done. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

A few records are kept even after a deletion request, because they must stay reliable: signed rental agreements, payment and transaction records needed for financial and legal record-keeping, the audit trail, and — where we have made a decision to refuse service — the minimum needed to honour that decision. The privacy policy’s retention section describes this in full. Everything else — application details, uploaded documents, contact and lead records — is deleted.

Deleting your information from Eureio does not affect the data Meta itself holds about your Facebook activity. That is managed in your Facebook settings and governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.
