Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of the Eureio website, your Eureio account and the text messages we send. Eureio is a trading name of Lumetrin Consulting Services LLC. Renting a vehicle is governed by the rental agreement you sign, which these terms do not replace.

• Agreeing to texts. We text you only if you have agreed to receive text messages from Eureio. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of applying or renting.
• What we send. Messages about your application, account, appointments, documents, agreements, payments and service updates, and replies when you text us.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your application and rental.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We record your opt-out and stop texting that number. Reply START to receive texts again.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email tech@eureio.com.
• Delivery. Texts are delivered by mobile carriers. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered, or delivered promptly, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If these terms change, this page changes with them, and the effective date above is updated.
